Team Manager Emergency Duty Team

• You will hold a professional social work qualification DipSW, CQSW, CSS , and be registered with Social Work England.
• You will need previous experience of working in an adults statutory safeguarding role.
• You will need previous experience of management or supervision.
• It would be desirable for you to have experience of working out of hours. 
• You will hold a current driving licence and be able to travel to various locations across the authority at very short notice in emergency situations.
• It would be desirable for you to hold a post graduate management qualification, if not, you will have the willingness to undertake training.

Please note that due to the nature of this role it is a requirement of employment that an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is obtained for this post.

You will be required to travel widely to a range of locations within the Authority so you must have a current driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle insured for business use.
